These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the SnapVouch RPA Suite application, owned and operated by Unleash Fudotech GK.これらの利用規約は、Unleash Fudotech GKが所有および運営するSnapVouch RPA スイートアプリケーションの使用に関する規則と規制を概説しています。
By accessing this application, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. 1. Subscription & Service Access1. サブスクリプションおよびサービスへのアクセス
Access Requirement:アクセス要件： Access to the RPA modules requires an active subscription or positive balance.RPAモジュールへのアクセスには、有効なサブスクリプションまたは十分な残高が必要です。
Purchases:購入： Purchases are processed via Stripe. These transactions are final.購入はStripeを通じて処理されます。これらの取引は最終的なものです。

2. Intellectual Property Rights2. 知的財産権
Unless otherwise stated, Unleash Fudotech GK and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, code, and UI elements on SnapVouch RPA Suite. - You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the RPA engine or automation logic.RPAエンジンや自動化ロジックをリバースエンジニアリングしようとしてはなりません。
- You must not use SnapVouch RPA Suite to process data or workflows that you do not have the legal right to possess or automate.法的に所持または自動化する権利を持たないデータやワークフローを処理するために、SnapVouch RPA スイートを使用してはなりません。
3. User Content & Automated Data3. ユーザーコンテンツと自動化データ
Parts of this application allow users to upload, process, and automate data.このアプリケーションの一部では、ユーザーがデータをアップロード、処理、および自動化することができます。
Responsibility:責任： You are solely responsible for the configurations and data you upload to the SnapVouch RPA Suite.お客様は、SnapVouch RPA スイートにアップロードする構成およびデータに対して単独で責任を負います。
